You will not have to pay a fee to exercise these rights.  However, we may charge a reasonable fee for access if your request is excessive, repetitive or clearly unfounded.  We will respond to all legitimate requests within 6 weeks.  Excessive, repetitive or clearly unfounded requests may be refused.  We will only respond to a request once we have confirmed your identity.  This will ensure personal data will only be given to those with a right to receive that personal data.
