The concept was very simple, to provide the best possible quality dog food at affordable prices. As a small family business, we were never aiming to sell to mass market. It was always our intention to keep an ultra high level of personal service, where you and your dog are not just a voice at the end of the phone, you and your dog(s) are individuals, Always happy to talk through nutritional issues, with nutritional advice free of charge.
