Sister Sister

Hello!

I’m Sarah and I’m an illustrator and I love turning my creations into cute and quirky handmade pins, painted ceramics, tea towels and art work that I you’ll love. I enjoy creating digital art for my pins, but I’m equally at home with watercolours and acrylic paints.

My designs are inspired by the countryside, friends and family and ultimately how my children see the world. In November 2020, Sarah proudly launched her own 1000 piece eco-friendly jigsaw puzzle which has been made in the UK.

So why Sister Sister?
Well you could say that Sister Sister was a lifetime in the making. I used to own my own retail store in North Wales and my Twin Sister Catherine came to work with me. Together we used to paint and sell our own range of hand painted ceramics from the shop and I created the brand name Sister Sister. I sold the shop back in 2018 to allow me to work around my family life and concentrate on Sister Sister full time. Catherine has gone back to her first love, which is horticulture (she’s actually an incredibly gifted trained florist!) but she is still the first person I turn to discuss new ideas.
