Obviously, I appreciate any gift that anyone has been kind enough to buy for me. But sometimes, when it is a gift set bought from a supermarket or piled high in a chain store, it just doesn’t feel very thoughtful. It may still be lovely, but not as special as those I have found at 6 independent shops.
Where better place to start than a chocolate gift set. This is special chocolate, aromatherapy chocolate. What a great idea! With lots of different flavours, each bar has a different aromatherapy. There are 6 different flavours; Detox, Loved, Tranquil, Happy, Active and Energised. They all sound delicious.
The JustBe Loved chocolate and the JustBe Happy chocolate can also be bought as a gift set. This includes a heart keyring, engraved with either Happy or Loved.
There are lots of other gift sets available from JustBe Botanicals. Definitely worth having a look.
This gorgeous shop has lots of different options for gift sets. Plus, they also do a lovely range of Kits for making your own gorgeous products. Suitable for a wide range of budgets. The festively wrapped box comes with a book, a gorgeous mug, a handstamped Spoon bookmark, a hot drink and a treat. You can choose from different options so you get the perfect selection.
What a brilliant idea! They will also include a tag for you if sending direct to the lucky recipient.
4. Girls Night In
This is a brilliant idea from the wonderful Saloukee! Girls night in kit, a self-care package for an evening in with you friends. Each gorgeous kit contains jewellery kit for each guest to make their own Saloukee statement necklace, host’s personalised welcome and ideas card, recipe suggestions for a relaxing supper (main, indulgent dessert and hot drink), online jewellery making help video, hygge tips for all guests, and recommended calming playlist, all contained in a Saloukee Home cotton shopper bag.
This is a fab gift from the wonderful Wiggly Wigglers. A months supply of wild birdfood, tailored to the season. Each box contains the essentials for feeding the birds in your garden. Such as a Wiggly Seed Mix, Fat balls, mealworms etc. Plus a different collection of extras too. Each box is different but each offers really good value for money as it always contains products of a value more than you would pay for them at listed price.
The perfect gift for those who love the birds in their garden from the inspiring Wiggly Wigglers.
6. Notebooks and Pens Gift Set – For the Stationery Lover
This great shop Milly Green, has lots of different gift set and hamper ideas not just stationery. The ones that I love are the stationery ones. Including 2 notebooks and 3 pens in a matching design. Featuring lots of different designs, the horse one is featured here.
The other thing I love about this shop, their designs are carried across lots of different products, perfect for making up your own gift set or hamper.
I have enjoyed finding these gift sets. It is always a pleasure to tell you about wonderful UK based independent shops.

Happy browsing…and shopping!
Please be aware. All opinions in this blog post are mine. At the time of writing I have not received any payment or free samples from the shops mentioned. Though I mention lots of shops here, you must form your own opinion as to whether their products are for you.
I aim to include only independently owned shops. Sometimes it is tricky to work out if they are. So, as far as I can tell, they are independently owned, but apologies if the odd one that is not, slips into my blog post….they hide it well!Tags: Accessories, Gift Shops, Shopping Inspiration
