Founded by Natasha Tyler in March 2018. She believes everybody can make a difference and we all have the power to influence change by making small changes to our daily lives. Tash say “Where you spend your money will shape the world we live in”. I couldn’t agree more.
“I have used the Kind Store for around 2 years. A one stop shop with gifts and everything. I can find things here that I can’t find anywhere else. Packaging is all re-used and recycled.
Also, the owner goes out paddle boarding the rivers and canals close to her litter picking. Great tips and blogs too.”
Ironbridge Eco Bubbles is a shop for eco-friendly, plastic free and vegan friendly products. A family run business whose ethos is to look to a future that depends on us all doing our part to help the planet. They have a wide range of products to support our home, health and happiness.
Lots of eco-friendly products from cleaning to pets, snacks to soaps, plus lots more in between. Online and they have a shop in beautiful Ironbridge, Shropshire too.
” A husband and wife team, online and local to me with a shop at Maws, Ironbridge.
They are fab and have even sourced some glass bottles for me to save me getting them from Amazon. New refill station so you can take a bottle with you for things like shampoo, washing liquid etc.”
Ironbridge Candles produce quality luxury handmade home fragrance products; candles, reed diffusers, room mists, tea lights and more. That is how they began. Now they also have a liquid soap and hand lotion range, both of which leave your skin feeling conditioned and soft. Plus they have a range of artisan made kitchen items, home decor and have a wonderful slection of gift items made from recycled and ethically sourced materials.
” This is a lovely local small business, all made on site at Maws, Ironbridge in Shropshire. The thing I love is that you can take your empty candle container back once you have enjoyed it and get a refill for a discounted price.”
Planet Picnic product range includes reusable sandwich bags, large reusable sandwich bags, mini snack bags, large wraps, cutlery and straw holders and reusable wipes. All products are based around the ethos of creating reusable products from sustainable materials, with every product being made from at least 50% repurposed fabric.
Each product is handmade, they are proudly vegan and are washing machine friendly. Lots of different designs to choose from.
“This lady was one of my guests at The Barn at Lees Farm. Her products are practical, lovely fabrics and all fabric is donated, upcycled etc. I ordered some after she stayed with me. So glad I did as I am really pleased with them.”

EMMA CANTILLION: THE BARN AT LEES FARM
Emma Cantillion runs The Barn at Lees Farm, holiday accommodation comprising of The Annex and Yurt. Situated in a very peaceful and beautiful location in Shropshire, a real haven of relaxation away from the stresses of everyday life. The Annex & The Yurt provide luxury accommodation in the heart of the Ironbridge Gorge, are dog friendly and have wood fired hot tubs for you to chill in whilst enjoying the tranquillity. Plus you can order some of Emma’s sharing platters or fireside food to help make you stay even more special and relaxed. Emma really is a natural host.
Emma has for the past 3 years been a Superhost on AirBnB. She goes out of her way to make her guests stay relaxing and enjoyable. She also goes out of her way to ensure she is as eco friendly as possible, always looking for sustainable products which are kind to the environment. That is why I asked Emma to share with me her independent online shop recommendations. I knew they would be good ones.
