Unique Festive Ideas to make Christmas Perfect : Indie Edit

When preparing for Christmas what else do you buy besides gifts and food?  Cards, decorations, advent calendars, Christmas memory books, Christmas planners, wrapping paper and much more!!!

There are lots of extra Christmas bits and pieces.  All of which come together to make Christmas special.

I have found some unique festive products from lovely independent shops.  So many great ideas.

 

1. Planning the Perfect Christmas

I absolutely love Christmas. The festive spirit, the excitement, the lights….I could go on, I love it all.

But pre-christmas also fills me with panic, until I have my list!  Food, gifts, bits & pieces to buy, things to make, entertainment, etc.

From You To Me have created this brand new Christmas Planner and they have thought of pages for everything!  Plus it has a very exciting festive design!!! I feel excited just looking at it.

From You To Me also have some wonderful memory journals, keepsakes and gifts. These are really lovely and such a special way to hold your Christmas memories.

 

2. Decorations – Traditional and not so traditional!!!

Hoobynoo have some great Christmas products. They have a whole selection of personalised decorations for adults, children and pets.

Do you like a wreath for your door?  Wiggly Wigglers have some gorgeous ones. Their Nordic Festive Wreath has caught my eye. They also have some lovely table decorations, Christmas themed bouquets, traditional festive garland and the all important mistletoe. You have to have mistletoe!!

 

3. Christmas Cards

Are you sending them? Are you not and giving to charity instead?

I always send cards. I feel sending cards is a time to reflect on all the people important to you in your life and to send them a lovely card to let them know you are thinking of them, and vice versa.

There are some truly gorgeous cards out there this year and here are some very special ones.

4. The Perfectly Wrapped Gift

Is gift wrapping an art? How creative are you with yours? I have found some wonderful wrapping paper to inspire you.

5. Advent Calendars

We really do not like the chocolate advent calendars in our house, so we are always on the look out for something a bit different.
